Enerpac P-141 Single Speed Hand Pump

The Enerpac P-141 high-pressure, lightweight single-speed hydraulic hand pump is for lifting, bolting, or applying pressure with a hydraulic cylinder (sold separately) in intermittent and non-repetitive construction, manufacturing, and maintenance and repair applications. It can advance and release a single-acting cylinder. This single-speed hand pump is for applications with a constantly applied load. An internal pressure relief valve helps protect the pump from overload. The glass-filled nylon reservoir, nylon-covered aluminum base, and fiberglass handle provide corrosion resistance and are lighter than steel hydraulic hand pumps. The handle locks into place for secure transport. The pump has a 1/4" National Pipe Taper (NPT) threads port for connecting to a hose or gauge (sold separately).

H is height, the vertical distance from lowest to highest point; W is width, the horizontal distance from left to right; D is depth, the horizontal distance from back to front.
Hydraulic pumps lift, bolt, or apply pressure to objects by pressurizing and moving hydraulic fluid. A hydraulic pump consists of a base, a reservoir that holds hydraulic fluid, and an operating mechanism, such as a handle or foot pedal, an electric motor, compressed air, or a gasoline engine. When the operating mechanism is activated, pressurized hydraulic fluid from the reservoir is delivered through an attached hose to a hydraulic cylinder. The pressurized hydraulic fluid in the cylinder lifts the cylinder’s piston, which in turn lifts the load. Hydraulic hand pumps are usually made of steel, or aluminum and nylon, and can be single-speed or two-speed. They are used in a wide range of applications, such as construction, manufacturing, and maintenance and repair applications in both industrial and home settings.
Enerpac manufactures industrial hydraulic equipment for lifting, workholding, and other applications, and provides integrated lifting solutions for bridge construction, mining, shipbuilding, and other industries. The company, founded in 1959, is headquartered in Menominee Falls, WI.

  • High-pressure, lightweight hydraulic hand pump for lifting, bolting, or applying pressure with a hydraulic cylinder (sold separately).
  • Advances and releases a single-acting cylinder.
  • Maximum operating pressure of 10,000 pounds per square inch (psi).
  • Single-speed pump for applications with a constantly applied load.
  • Internal pressure relief valve helps prevent pump overload.

Positive Displacement Pumps: A Guide to Performance Evaluation

Positive Displacement Pumps is a current reference guide for positive displacement pumps for both traditional and state-of-the-art testing methods, and serves as a bridge between textbooks and manufacturer's literature by providing equipment testing practices based on technical know-how, practical experience, and academic theory. With its simple, practical focus, this book not only is a resource guide to any engineer's task, but also adds important information to the overall literature of pump fundamentals and operating reliability: Written for field users, and terminology concisely defined. A mentoring guide highlighting areas for troubleshooting problem-solving when performance criteria are not met. Produced with industry consensus and gone through the same rigorous technical review process as other ETPC procedures.
